Honda NSX Flood Damaged?
Posted on August 26, 2009, by Darren, under Cars, Honda, Video.
So, you’ve dropped somewhere between £15-45,000 on a supercar right? Where are you going to drive it? The options are:
- Motorway
- Racetrack
- A Flooded Road
Yes that’s right – Its the flooded road of course! Check out this video of an NSX driver (diver?) in the USA doing just that…
I think I’d be scared of driving though it in one of the pickups parked along the street never mind in a supercar that sits a few inches of the floor. Still, the damn thing keeps going and proves what they say about Hondas – bulletproof.

If this video says “Honda’s are bulletproof” does it not also say “Honda drivers are morons”? =)

Maybe – maybe not. Perhaps its just ‘the ones with too much money are morons’ but that’s not particularly a Honda thing – just check out wreckedexotics.com for people with moo much money and zero sense.

Of course it could just be an easy way to wash the car without expending too much effort.
I actually did a similar thing in July in my Nissan Almera. Think half way across a causeway with rising seawater, darkness and winds. Once you start, you have to keep moving. I’d say Nissans are pretty bulletproof too
